Now they are taxing the
airwaves
Look at your DirectTV or your
Dish Network bill and you will find a new North Carolina Video Services Tax.
This 6% tax effects all satellite TV customers and adds up to over $60 per year
for most customers.
The $60.00 per year would buy
you many things that would
be of benefit to your family. Instead it goes to the politicians who will
spend more on teapot museums. Aren't you tired of this?
How do they think of these new
taxes? How can they tax a video signal sent out through the
atmosphere? They can and they did, without even asking you.
It is very simple, they cannot
get enough of your money. Soon they will be taxing the water from your
wells, this is just around the corner. Maybe they will find a way to tax
the air we breath, don't put it past them.
I will veto each and every law
that comes a cross my desk that raises taxes on the hard working people of
North Carolina.
Period.
If you don't care then just keep
paying and paying and paying and vote in the current legislatures who have done
this to you.
If your candidate won't take this
no increase tax pledge then get rid of him/her.
